I love eye to eye images.  Here is one of a Blackface sheep ram in Sheeffrey Hills, County Mayo, Ireland.  The big ram wanted to stare me down.

And no, the red is not natural.  The Irish farmers spray the sheep different colors to help identify them as they roam free, or to tag them as ready for X, Y, or Z.  Kind of like branding them with Kool Aid.
