I have seen some articles on the internet lately about “fordite” – basically a byproduct of old automotive paint processes turned into jewelry. The oddly beautiful layers of paint reminded me of some photos I have taken, like this one from an old VW Beetle in Guatemala.
This Beetle has clearly lived a long and colorful life.
