I came across a field of winecups out near Little Lemon Lake in the Great Trinity Forest. It was already mid-morning and the light was a little harsh, but I walked around until the wildflowers were backlit and suddenly they started to glow.
I looked for one flower that stood out a bit and focused on it, letting the others of soft and out of focus. Shooting right next to the ground, I got this image.
