On February 22-24, 2008, I taught a photography seminar at the Port Aransas Whooping Crane Festival along the Texas coast. It was a wonderfully run and very cool festival celebrating all things whooping crane. I taught three classes and managed to get out for a little bit of photography on my own as well, including a Whooping Crane Boat Tour led by Dr. George Archibald of the International Crane Foundation. It was great fun.
