I am heading over to Rudolph’s Meat Market here in my neighborhood and trying to decide what to eat for the holidays. A couple of big steaks? Or perhaps lamb chops with a bit of mint jelly?
I think this little Irish lamb would urge me to pour a pint or three of Guinness and have a nice plate of corned beef. Sounds like an idea to me.
