I’m back! I have been away at the North American Nature Photography Association Summit in San Diego and had a great time. The downside was I had little time to post and then I got iced out of returning to Dallas for a day.

In a few days I am taking off for Mexico to photograph the monarch butterflies in Michoacan and I am very excited to get down there again. It is a trip everyone should take at least once in their lives. I would like to explore setting up a photo tour for next year, plus photograph more of the story (the monarchs, habitat loss, etc.).
