I shot an image the other day of wildflowers submerged in floodwaters. It is one of those images I can’t decide whether I like or not.
At times I look at it and see an oddly surreal quality that I really like. At other times I just see a mess.
The lines on the right are reflections from a power line above. I tried to get them out of the frame but could not do so, so I tried to use them as a leading line pointing to the brightest part of the image. They still bother me, yet I kind of like them, too.
I am so confused. . . . Am I losing it?
Does anyone out there like this image?
